About this cartoon: President Trump had demanded $5.7 billion to fund his "urgently" needed border wall with Mexico, a sum that Congress refused to give him. For a couple of thousand dollars, someone on the Mexican side could probably buy a hydraulic lift and a grappling hook, or other types of equipment, to go over, under, through or around Trump's wall. Just saying...
